Itinerary
Day 1 ÅLESUND
Arrival at Ålesund and pick up rental car. Spend the afternoon/ evening to visit the Museums or just take a walk through the town streets, and enjoy the sight of the beautiful buildings that were built after the Town Fire in 1904. Today Ålesund is renowned both nationally and internationally for its Art Nouveau architecture. Overnight and breakfast at Radisson SAS Ålesund Hotel
Day 2 ÅLESUND – GEIRANGER
Breakfast at your hotel before you drive to Geiranger. Geiranger is the crowing glory among Norway’s fjord district’s pearls of natural beauty. Majestic, snow-covered mountain peaks, beautiful and wild waterfalls, lush, green vegetation and the deep blue waters of the fjord – yes, it really is like something taken from a fairy tale. Take a fjord sightseeing trip and see it all! Enjoy dinner and overnight at Geiranger Union Hotel GEIRANGER
Day 3 GEIRANGER – LOEN
Breakfast at your hotel before departure. Ferry from Geiranger to Hellesylt. After arrival Hellesylt, you drive towards Stryn and Loen. Arrive Loen and check in and spend overnight and breakfast at Alexandra Hotel LOEN
Day 4 LOEN – BALESTRAND
After breakfast at hotel Alexandra, drive towards Skei and continue to Balestrand, a traditional tourist resort beside the Sognefjord. Balestrand is noted for its magnificent scenery and pure, clean air. Enjoy dinner at Kvikne’s this evening before you spend overnight at the fashionable Kvikne’s Hotel in Balestrand
Day 5 BALESTRAND – LOFTHUS
Breakfast at your hotel before departure. Drive from Balestrand to Flåm and onwards to Voss and continue towards Lofthus. You will use several ferries on the way. Arrive Lofthus and spend overnight and breakfast at Ullensvang Fjordtell, Lofthus.
Day 6 LOFTHUS – SOLSTRAND
After breakfast at Ullensvang, drive to Kinsarvik and take the ferry to Kvanndal. Drive towards Bergen and Os and Solstrand were you are spending the night in lush surroundings. Solstrand can offer a wide range of spa treatments. Ask upon arrival if interested. Overnight and breakfast at Solstrand Hotel & Bad OS pr. Bergen
Day 7 SOLSTRAND – BERGEN
Breakfast at Solstrand before you drive to Bergen and deliver your rental car at the downtown office. End of service
